Want to update an image? It’s simple! Just hover over any image on your website and click the Change Image button. You can upload your own images or choose from millions of stock photos. Any images you upload will be saved in your Media Library, making it easy to reuse them elsewhere on your website.

Let's be honest who doesn't enjoy the comfort of a blanket? Here at Aidblanket, we are dedicated to providing warmth and comfort to those in need. Our mission is to collect unwanted or unused blankets, whether homemade or purchased, and distribute them to aid agencies or other homegrown charities like Shelter, Women’s Aid and Baby Care units. Each blanket holds the potential to bring solace to someone facing hardship. It’s not just about providing a physical item; it’s about offering a sense of security and care during difficult times. We believe that everyone deserves warmth and support, and through this initiative we hope to bridge the gap for those who are struggling.
In addition to blanket donations, the project aims to mobilise community support by bringing back the 'knit a square' campaign from times gone by for possible re-sale to raise funds that will facilitate warehousing and transport logistics. By driving engagement and encouraging volunteers to join our cause, we hope to create a sustainable network of assistance that can evolve as the community’s needs do. Our vision extends beyond just blankets; it encompasses a holistic approach to caring for vulnerable populations whilst recycling unwanted blankets and with your help, we can ensure that aid reaches those who need it most.
