After 30+ years in project management, Glen retired and immediately took on his biggest project yet: making the world a little warmer and a lot less wasteful.

Instead of letting beautiful handmade items go unused, he collects preloved and donated knitted blankets and transforms them into Aid Blankets, giving comfort to people who need it most while keeping tons of textiles out of landfill. Warm hearts, warm blankets- classic Glen.

Crissi - Digital Comms

Crissi spent more than 14 years helping charities and not‑for‑profits tell their stories, connect with communities, and spark real change. But she wanted to do even more, something hands‑on, human, and rooted in giving back. When Glen began creating Aid Blankets, she found exactly that. Today, Crissi uses her communications expertise and her love of purposeful projects to help build a brand that warms people twice: once through the blankets themselves, and again through the kindness behind them.
